II. Intellectual property
The whole of this site — including its editorial structure, its texts, its illustrations, its applied typographies, its photographic compositions and its source code — falls under copyright as protected in the Kingdom of Morocco by the provisions of Dahir No. 1-00-20 of 9 Kaada 1420 (15 February 2000) promulgating Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights, amended by Dahir No. 1-05-192 of 15 Moharrem 1427 (15 February 2006) promulgating Law No. 34-05.
Any full or partial representation or reproduction made without the author's consent, or that of his rights-holders or successors, is unlawful. Such representation or reproduction, by any means whatsoever, would constitute an infringement punishable by articles 64 to 71 of Law 2-00.
Exceptions and licences
The following elements are expressly placed under open licences or attributed to their holders:
- Typographic fonts — Fraunces and Hanken Grotesk are distributed under the SIL Open Font License by Google Fonts; Amiri under the SIL Open Font License by Khaled Hosny.
